| This special double session co-located with the RDA Virtual Plenary 22 is designed to showcase the outputs from the WorldFAIR project and to discuss next steps. The event is open to all; you do not need to be a member of the WorldFAIR consortium to join.
WorldFAIR has a number of distinctive features that are worthy of attention and will be of interest to the RDA and WDS community. WorldFAIR is a two-year European Commission funded project to advance the implementation of the FAIR principles. Coordinated by CODATA and with the RDA, WorldFAIR has the distinction of being a genuinely global project and has funded partners from around the world.

| The Open Data Awards provide funding for anyone (undergraduates, post-baccs, graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, research scientists, or faculty) willing to share a relevant data set. If you have a data set you are willing to share that is not yet public, please submit a proposal. The data, with relevant metadata, and a preprint of a Data in Brief-style manuscript will have to be made public before the award can be conferred. The award will depend on the size and nature of the data set.

| CLARIN invites applications to join the CLARIN Trainers’ Network program. The network consists of experts who conduct training events at international summer schools, conferences, COST Actions, etc., in disciplines and communities relevant to CLARIN, such as linguistics, digital humanities, language technologies and social sciences.
They welcome all suitably qualified representatives from national consortia and centers, who hold full-time or part-time positions at an academic or research institution, to apply (including PhD students and postdocs). Ideally, candidates would have basic knowledge of the CLARIN research infrastructure. If candidates are unfamiliar with the CLARIN infrastructure but passionate about teaching activities, they will be offered a brief introductory session about the infrastructure.

| The Global Open Science Cloud International Program Office (GOSC IPO) is launching a series of lightweight online webinars tailored to diverse stakeholders within GOSC communities. The inaugural webinar, 'Cloud Federation Technology and Application: YunKun Software System,' will take place on 20-24 May.
This training is supported by the CSTCloud team and is free of charge. The training program is organized in partnership with the African Institute for Capacity Development (AICAD), led by Professor Joseph Muliaro Wafula, and which is one of the inaugural nodes of the African Open Science Platform.
